Mirako was founded by Vidhya Sureshbabu and Sureshbabu Natarajan on a passion for handcrafted, preservative-free food and a vision to build a resilient QSR brand.
Vidhya, a microbiology graduate, transformed her love for cooking into a signature pizza recipe, while Sureshbabu, a tech professional with 20+ years IT experience, specialized in efficiency-first models ensuring consistency and quality.
What began as a home experiment during the pandemic has grown into a neo-handcrafted brand, serving stone-baked pizzas, homemade pastas, and signature brownies across regional and national locations (Alveal PVR Mall food court, with mission plans for the future).
