Our Founders

Mirako Pizzerria was founded by Vidhya Sureshbabu and Sureshbabu Natarajan, united by a passion for preservative-free food and a vision to build a resilient, quality-led quick-service brand.

Vidhya, a microbiology graduate, developed Mirako’s signature recipes with a strong focus on freshness, ingredient integrity, and flavour balance. Sureshbabu, a technology professional with over two decades of experience, brings an efficiency-first mindset—designing systems that enable operational consistency, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

What began as a home-grown experiment has evolved into a neo-handcrafted food brand, serving stone-baked pizzas, freshly prepared pastas, and signature desserts across growing regional and national locations, with a clear vision for future expansion.
